Re: Concourse Leaf Springs
I just did Weldtec rear leaf spring and local new front leafs and new suspension and brakes all around. Makes my 2000 chinook feel like new. I take speedbumps at 20mph and rally around san francisco like a maniac. It really is the sportscar of motorhomes now.

$140k 2005 Chinook
I find this to be an interesting build, really well done. Probably take this over a $140k Winnebago Revel.

Re: Chinook Concourse Fresh Water Tank Replacement.
My buddy replaced his water tank in his 2004 Chinook Concourse with a 50 gallon tank and custom bed. Re: Outside Hatch Gaskets
This may work for black if its not the stiff stuff. http://a.co/g2Ix13n
I am still figuring out how to install mine in the corners, its very tough, looks like Chinook use some kind of adhesive in each corner, may I need to use a heat gun.

Re: Outside Hatch Gaskets
Update on vinyl trim insert replacement: The camco stuff was crap, extremely stiff and impossible to install. I bought identical 3/4" Trim Insert from RV Designer not expecting much, but it is way better, really soft and supple and easy to install. What would have taken likely 1-2 hours with th...
