Re: Color Codes for Concourse stripes. Add yours if possible.
We have a 2002 Destiny (grey stripes). Only one of the paint codes is visible (Light Opal Poly 4837, Ford WM). Destiny Light Opal.jpg The other is not readable. I would like to verify the other code. From other posts, I assume the darker color is Medium Opal, Ford WD, 4653. Can someone please verify...

Re: Cork flooring and twin beds—2002 Destiny
Thanks Terri and Chin_k!
Chin_k, we aren't sure if the cork is lighter than vinyl planks. We shaved off a lot of weight by replacing the dinette, though. We love how soft and warm cork is.

Re: Cork flooring and twin beds—2002 Destiny
The beds now have 4-inch mattresses and standard back bolsters. I ordered the foam from a local shop in Penticton, BC. The bolsters were very expensive ($180 CAD for 2), so I only ordered 2. This should work out fine for us. Before this project, I had never sewn anything like this. My mother told me...

Re: Cork flooring and twin beds—2002 Destiny
terriv, I got the ball light at a place like Lowe's. I can't quite remember. I think I was in Utah at the time. I've seen them in other places since then. It's plastic, so it does get light surface scratches in transit (even when wrapped and put in a cupboard).

Re: Cork flooring and twin beds—2002 Destiny
Sorry for the VERY late reply (like one year too late!). The trimmed off portion was at the foot of the bed. The backrest is the original length. The bed has performed very well. We used it for 5 months straight last winter and then for 3 more months this past summer. We logged more days in the Chin...

Re: Another sofa to bed conversion...
Gabbi, removal is the first step. Good stuff! For that side, you may want to consider a slide-out double bed. There are lots of good diagrams online if you look at van conversions. If you are also removing the dinette, single beds really open up the space. A Kreg jig really helps for screwing togeth...

Thanks 68camaro! Yup, maybe stick to vinyl flooring when you’re wearing waders.

Re: Cork flooring and twin beds—2002 Destiny
Lovin’ our new Lagun table mount! It arrived in AZ just two days after ordering it from England! How is that possible? The top mount and side plate are extruded aluminum with slots. Paul installed 2 side plates for versatility (one near the sink and one behind the passenger seat). The table swings a...
