Re: 1998 Concourse - Repairing the subfloor

If you can get large pieces of plywood in place, so much the better. If you have to seam, strattle the frame to add strength. Stagger the next layer so the seams don't fall in the same location. As far as the weight goes, I'm at 9000 lbs empty. Coach can handle 10,500.

Re: 1998 Concourse - Repairing the subfloor

My Chinook needed similar repairs. I gutted out the back behind the shower, behind the refrigerator and around the generator box, and then up the aisle to the cab. Re: BUYER BEWARE 1996 Chinook Concourse Side Entry 7.3

I thought I found the Chinook for me but unfortunately after a thorough inspection I decided against it. I’m posting on here because the seller stated that there were other people interested and I’d hate for someone to end up with more of a project than they were expecting. Thanks for the heads up....

There's a 1996 Concourse with 86k miles for 22k. Do the 25k 4x4 conversion and you've got one hell of a rig.

Re: Panicking about camping in winter conditions

I carry tank antifreeze with me, so I can use my black holding tank. Keep the mixture about 50 percent and your tank won't freeze. I don't activate the water system but carry a 5 gallon igloo for water. I have to go to Republic in eastern Washington so I know exactly what you mean. It's 20 below thi...
