Water hose storage

Post by Xatlatc »

I choose to store my water hoses inside the lift-up door behind the spare tire on my Concourse. I carry a 25 foot X 1/2 inch diameter hose and a 10 foot x 5/8 hose behind the tire and another 25 foot X 5/8 diameter in the attic ( rooftop carrier ). I didn't like the way the two hoses would shift around while traveling and wouldn't stay hung up. I was at Home Depot today and I found the Cable Cuff. They work great and won't slide off of the piece of paneling I hang them on. There are various sizes for different applications. I bought the second largest size for less than $2.00 each.

Brilliant mounting idea. I might move mine to that compartment. I keep it on the driver-side storage.
