So, been home about 6 weeks and getting ready for a trip to Bahia Honda near Key West. On last trip in Colorado the dually's kicked up a rock the size of a baseball and broke the valve for the black water. Not completely smashed, I replaced it on the road. Now I'm cleaning the basement storage compartment and find holes in the fiberglass from the rock.
Anybody find a suitable wheel well liner that fits good? Was hoping to cut a poly 55 gallon drum but diameter is too small.

Glad you were able to get the drain fixed on the road. And I imagine Colorado was worth it, but.... bad, bad rock!
I'd repair it with fiberglass. This is what it's originally made of, and with our modern materials (and also the fact that we don't need to build hundreds of them at a profit) we can make it better than new with fiberglass. No major skills needed other than the desire to follow the mix ratios, prep ahead (like making a stir fry, 90% is prep) and be reasonably tidy.
I would use good epoxy resin (WEST, System Three, MAAS, etc.), and some biaxial cloth (could be biaxmat). If you are interested in going this way, and could post some clear photos of the damage, we could give you some ideas.
