Replacing MDF

Post by markatherton »

I am going to replace some rotted WDF with oak veneer plywood. How thick is the MDF wall material at the interior rear and sides of the coach? Is it 3/4 inch?

All MDF in mine is/was 1/2"

The two structural bulkheads are 1/2" plywood with 1/8" "pre-vinyl-wallpapered" wallboard attached, for ~5/8" total (these are the walls that separate the shower/kitchen and refrigerator/stove areas).
