Solar panel check

Solar panel check

Hello everyone,

Could someone tell me how to check if my solar panel is working, when I checked the volts at the house battery its reading around 12.70 is this correct?

12.7 V is what the Mark 15 panel on mine says too. I think if you switch it to current mode, you should see that there are current flowing to the battery when the sun is out.

Do you have the original solar panel? I was thinking of changing it out.

Yes, it is original. I just got my Chinook, so I am not familiar with how well the panel is working. After driving it for a few hours, the voltage goes up to like 14 volt... I am thinking about getting a better charger, but I should be finish my flooring first.
