RV awning

Post by Zayvier »

Hi. I have a 1976 dodge chinook 18 plus 2. I am curious as to how I would actually mount the awning to the area above the side windows or to the groove above the side windows? Are there studs behind the plastic?

I am confused. The title says awning, and you show us the exterior pics, which make sense. But the text says TV, which I think should be related to interior... anyway, most people who replaced the old tub TV with flat screen usually mount it on the front cab storage area, to the left of the largest overhead door. You can get the appropriate mounting bracket and attach it to a plywood that use to cover the opened where the old TV used to be.
