Gel Coat Restoration, Sealing & Stripes

Thank you for the clear explanation. A picture is worth a thousand words.

I have an older rig and it does not have the graphics, just the racing strip, I think that is what they are called. I have the gel coat coming off, and eventually, I will need to have it all restored, and then put a cover over the rig when it is not used. I do not have the space to have a structure to store the rig.

Did you use the Meguiars Marine/RV One Step Compound? Or a regular polish?
