Spare Retract/Extend No Workie (elec)

My spare doesn't extend, I'm guessing it doesn't retract either. No power coming to the large 12v wires at the switch. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

I don't have the Destiny, but can you trace back to a circuit breaker or fuse and see if it got tripped? Otherwise, go from the fuse and trace it to the device is the general troubleshooting suggestion. Good luck.
