Basically, there's been three distinct paint scheme eras:
1971-1979 ... one, two or three large stripes
1987-2002 ... racing stripe livery
2002-2005 ... swoop paint schemes
(Plus the Premier's vinyl decals.)
The swoop paint began in 2002 as an option, and by 2003 was standard, although I've seen one supposed 2004 with the old racing stripes (unknown if real or not).
There are lots of variations, especially for the bottom stripes and how the upper stripes curved into each other, but here are some main styles, including a couple of special editions.
As always here, click on the picture to get a bigger version. Hmm, the forum seems to knock it down. You might have to save it to see better, or I need to break it into pieces. Let me try two pieces:

Of course, you could order your Chinook almost any way you wanted, so it was possible to get a Millennium paint scheme on a Premier instead of the usual vinyl stripes.
The even less expensive Eagle could also apparently be gotten with simple swoops, very much like what the Maverick got.

thanks so much KDarling. "we" just sent an e-mail to the owners of the Full Body paint 52k miles..... "happy wife, happy life" kinda thing. Destin is about a 10 hour run.

Oops, I forgot about a paint scheme that you could get on a Destiny:
Which someone later also had done to a Concourse, possibly making it one of a kind:
I have to say, if I ever repainted my Concourse from its stock racing stripes to a swoop scheme, this style would be my favorite choice!1994 Concourse dinette, Ford 7.5L (460 V8)
