On my Concourse they are all the same length and height, front, rear, and both sides, Just that as you stated one side is slanted the opposite of the other.

Plus I gotta say, that gun metal color (and your old faded lenses) are just crying out for a new dark Econoline headlight set with lower row driving LEDs, from eBay. Something like:

I like that! I would spend for that. I think I saw yours or another person's thread on changing the headlights out. Easy? Can't remember. And thanks for reminding me about the exhaust tips. Completely forgot. Spend my money!

Would you have a direct link? The exact ones I'm finding are $160-190 and at the bottom of the page said they are not for sealed beam headlights. Everything I see says mine has 'em unless you can enlighten me...

Search eBay for "econoline headlights black" and a bunch show up, some without LED strip or turn lamps.

The sets for $170+ include a new set of Euro taillights as well but you've got nice rears already.

Of course to wire the LED lamps you'll need to tap into another wire. Most people choose the parking lights and run it over in the hole between the corner and headlights.

Changing the side markers is just Phillips screws, IIRC. The headlights come out easily by pushing back two vertical top tabs and then pulling them up, which unlocks a slide over pins. You'll see. Installation is the killer. Sometimes everything lines up perfectly and the tabs easily push down and lock back into place. Often one or more will not want to. I used to Dremel a bevel in the plastic bucket pins to let the slide lock easier. Last time I ended up tapping the tabs with a hammer and they finally clicked into place.

I doubt you would have the sealed beam headlights. Not that it's not possible, but the vast majority of Econolines don't have them, and I've never seen a Chinook with them. You can tell them apart because the sealed beam ones are basically symmetrical rectangles. The more typical ones (where you put the bulb in from the back) have an "angle" on the inside edge by the grille, like you see on this 2003 Concourse (which looks like its on a 2002 chassis). These are not the sealed beam.

PS: Just scrolled back - your headlights look like the typical "non sealed beam" to me.

Right, thanks, we're not sealed beam. Chinooks have separate bulbs and lenses.

A sealed beam is like the old headlights we grew up with, where it's all just one combined unit, with no replaceable bulb part.
