I had to stop at the Big Texan Steakhouse in Amarillo to see what a 72 ounce steak looks like. If you can eat one in less than an hour it’s free! I had The Duke, bone in ribeye. If you stay at their RV park ( about one mile away ) they shuttle you back and forth in a stretch limousine.

Stopped at the Centennial Land Rush Park in Oklahoma City. The statues are very large and the history behind the land rush was interesting.

I’m ending this journey, as we have returned to the Upstate of South Carolina awaiting the holidays and the completion of our house. We plan to make some short trips between now and when the house is completed. We’ve got about four more months to go and many new roads to explore in the mean time.
For the past thirteen months I have really enjoyed waking up in the morning and not being sure where I was. So cool. I hope you get to experience the feeling.
