Here are the Installation Instructions and Owner’s Manual for the MORryde RL rubber shear spring suspension. Note these have a three year warranty.

Mine are bonded, but I think there is a "10" molded on the side, which is not listed. I will clean the rubber side and take a picture. It was dark when I went outside to check the number last night.
[Edit]: Actually, they are bolted in the middle.

A document about the install of the DSR108-075. The bonded, no bolts for center plates type.
