plan is to bolt the diff in today and get the 1995 dash out as well as the heater box. more to post later with pictures

more, got 5" of lift with the rear diff, looks like lots of welding is going to happen in the cab, doghouse is a very different shape so i will cut it all out as well as the heater box hole.

did some measuring and the cummins is only a inch longer, fan face to end of block

i think i am done taking apart stuff, next will be getting the 2010 doghouse and firewall in. should be fun!

there were a few more differences in putting in the newer dash than i expected, but i think i have overcome them, and i think i have the final resting spot for the clutch and brake pedals, this is really the hardest part of the whole makeover. it would have been alot easier if i liked the 1995 dash. lol

i would not do this if it was not a diesel conversion, as i only need one wire to run the cummins. plus once you are at the point of no return there is no going back.
was happy to see the dash sitting in there and pedals for the clutch. i have just a bit more welding then i can put in sound deadening and the heaterbox
