A warning that I've seen many times, is to only snug down the bolts, not super tighten them.

You only want to compress maybe 1/2" of the gasket.

If you overtighten the bolts and squish the gasket flat, it'll likely leak even more.

kdarling, I responded to your warning last night but it doesn't appear to have been submitted, so am doing it again. I stated that I may have received your warning too late. I had a problem (and still do) with water puddling on my roof, and had some leakage inside around my a/c. I tightened the three screws on my unit and it seemed to take care of the dripping. Yesterday I had the a/c running while I was doing some work inside of my rig, after it had been running for awhile I started getting a drip around the unit again. When I shut the unit off the dripping slowed down and eventually stopped, when I start the unit up it starts dripping again. I should point out that this dripping occurs when there is no water puddling on the roof. Seems to me that my dripping is related to to the condensation from the a/c. Any thought or suggestions?
