Ours is an E-350 and we're at ~11,300 fully loaded.
We don't really go off-road too much. We live in northern VT so primarily use the 4x4 for better traction and handling in snow and during mud season (the 5th season in VT). Haven't ever used it because we've been stuck. Just use it so we don't end up that way!

Glad it has all helped. You now know more than most tire shop employees from what I have seen
So it sounds like you are overweight by around 600#. You might want to see if that's spread around or all on one axle and/or lighten up a bit. Not that it's going to instantly fall apart, but .... good to know where you stand. (At least my E-350 has a gross weight of 10,700# and individual gross weights for each axle too.)
