I brought the Chinook in for servicing and had three RV mechanics look at the cracking above the exhaust pipe. The shocks are in good shape. The consensus was that something in the road was run over, flew up and damaged the mudflap ( it does look like something hit the flap) then shot up to hit the exhaust pipe which cracked the fiberglass. Hmm. Since everything else looks normal I must concur with their analysis. Thanks for thoughts.

Thanks for the follow-up. It's always nice to hear how something turned out. Even if it's not 100% for sure, it does sound like it makes sense. Bummer having the cracks, but I guess I'd rather a one time cause over something that's going to keep happening due to your suspension or something.
