Below is response I received from Quigley yesterday regarding doing a 4x4 conversion or lift only on 1999 Chinook:
"This Chinook is too old for us to work on. Lift only comes with 4WD at Quigley.
2013, or newer with less than 60,000 miles are the prerequisites. We will not be able to work on this project with you, sorry."
Seems they are not doing work on older vehicles.
