Ran into this couple today in Minden NV. Super nice guy.
That's rad, not very often you get two concourse 4x4s side by side
The probability go much higher if you have a 4X4 yourself.

Got passed by a Chinook today on US-59 Northeast of Houston. Newer side-entry model - very sharp looking. Made mine feel really shabby

No pictures, though - just waved as they went by.

I'm here in Longmont CO, having made the self-isolating cross-country journey out here with my wife to spend the holidays with our grown children and new (8 month-old) granddaughter...and today, while out for a stroll with the babe, I came across this beauty (see attached pic) just a few blocks from the Airbnb where we are staying. So, here I am wondering if the owner of this Concourse, which is parked on Bowen between 4th and 5th Avenues is a participant in this forum. If so, perhaps you might send me an email (
david.eppstein1950@gmail.com) and we might arrange to say hello from a Covid-acceptable distance.

The driver door is held on by rust, to bad. We had a Toyota Winabago, big v6 it was fine but the spousal unit didn’t like the overhead bed.

Saw a Chinook yesterday on the road just miles from my home. Appeared to a about a 2000 Concourse the graphics were gray in color.
Wondering if it was on of you guys.
Location: Camas Washington. NW Lake Rd. west bound, turned into the Costco.

That is one nice looking unit. No van, or current Chinook can hold a candle to the original one piece units from the late 90's early 2000's. The company that bought the Chinook name and the molds, who promised to restart the original Chinooks, should have followed through.
This is what a current Chinook should look like.
