I'm looking to repair a bunch of small screw holes and some chips and cracks in the fiberglass shell.

What is a _relatively_ quick and easy product to use for this? Sealant, epoxy gel, epoxy putty, or other? I know chamfering holes and surface prep goes along way towards the success of a repair, too.

Ideally there's a product I can mix a small amount of and repair a hole or two at a time, as needed. Something like a two part epoxy that dries white.

J-B Weld 50172 MarineWeld Marine Adhesive Epoxy Syringe - Dries White

I used this to repair a large tree branch hit:

Marine-Tex RM306K Marine-Tex - White, 14 oz.

Put it on like doing body work using a plastic putty knife.

Dries like steel. Which makes it harder to sand than they claim!

Very cool, that looks like what I need.

Not sure if 2 oz. would be enough, next size up is 14oz. The Rapid Set Marine Tex looks ideal, but it only comes in gray.

I've used JB Weld 8277 a fair bit. It's good for small jobs. Two part epoxy with a consistency similar to Play-Doh. There are probably better options, but I've had good results. It's easy to mix, it's true white, and it sets up hard. Machinable, sandable, etc.

If you are just filling screw holes and small cracks, etc, 2oz is plenty.

I'll try the JB as it's cheapest! My needs are fairly simple right now. Bonus is that it'll double for fixing the chip in my fiberglass shower. Just trying to get the shell of the Chinook as watertight as possible, so less holes is better.

Why would you fix holes and cracks with something other than fiberglass? Goto the parts store and buy the small fiberglass repair kit. Chop the fiber matt into tiny peices, mix the resin soak the bits with resin and push it into the holes, finish off with a small amount of just resin over the top.

I've used Zpoxy for small repair jobs. Works well.
