Very nice! In many ways it's so similar to my early '99. I have those same driver/passenger seats, and I see you also have the Velvac 2015 mirrors (both of those things went bye-bye in mid-99, I believe). My spice cabinet had that really tall left "arm" but didn't have the extra upper shelf (oddly). And the upholstery of the couch and chairs in mine is the later "striped" velvet. Plus mine is blue where yours is grey. Otherwise..... nearly identical! Right down to the "grampa and gramma" plastic carpet runner (yup, mine had that too)

Kind of fun to see yours now looking so stock :D

(I noticed you have an upgraded TV/cabinet. Also, maybe a different awning? I say that because it looks like it has some kind of black cap on the forward end?)

Nice looking unit. I wish ours was the Club Lounge set up.

Happy Trails!

Blue, that is the original awning and we have had it open and it is very nice. Still have the crank handle mounted in the closet and we have the center brace/support also. I painted the plastic ends black to make it look better. It had turned an ugly faded gray and I couldn't deal with that as nice as everything else looked. Previous owners upgraded to a flatscreen tv and put it on a nice swivel bracket. Could you see any of my new cargo compartment trim job I just did? And the ones behind the cabin doors?

Oh right, I forgot to look at the compartment trim. Will go back and do so (see, it looked so new it didn't catch my eye :D).

On the awning end-caps: If you so desire, you can buy brand new ones and they just snap right on. As I remember, they were around $20.

Fiamma USA had a wonderful parts and tech department, with good folks who had decades of knowledge that included back when our awnings were made. Super helpful crew. Horribly unfortunately, a disgruntled former employee went in and killed basically everyone in that department around a year ago.

Now they are back up and running, but you basically have to know what you want. That's the reason I mentioned the above event. If you search here I believe we have posted the part numbers in the past, or if that doesn't pan out I'm sure one of us can turn them up. But you'd want them when you called, if you decide to buy them.

Coating them with 303 Protectant from time to time can help them survive. Also of course painting them (so you may not even choose to replace yours).
