MorRyde suspension adjustment?

Just dropped off the rig at a local Ford dealership for some routine maintenance. I've noticed for a while now that the rear of the unit is slightly lower than the front of the rig. I have asked the dealership to adjust the MorRyde springs so that the lowest bolt hole locations on the mount plate are used...in order to slightly raise the back end. Note: this is the dealership that installed the new springs a couple of years ago. Currently the bolts are in the center hole (or 1 above the bottom, not sure how many positions there are).

Does anyone foresee any issues in making this adjustment...handling, ride quality, etc.?

I do not know what bolt hole location was used with the original springs.

Thanks in advance....

I used 1” blocks instead of dropping to final hole, but Mor Ryde technical help said it was engineered to ride in all hole placements. However, my suspension shop said they don't like taking anything to limit so we jus5 added the block.

I have about 6 E450s in my work fleet with mor-ryde, I have bumped probably half of them up to the lowest hole set to raise the rear of the bus a tad. Never noticed and effect to handling. Mor-ryde installed that piece with the adjustment holes in it so they are made to be used. Whichever set of holes your using the rubber insulator is still holding the weight of the vehicle.

Mine are at the bottom holes and function well. Chin_k also replaced his and used the bottom holes.

I don't understand why 68canaro's shop said that, since you can use any setting on the plate you want, there is no "limit" per se. I don't know anyone with problem with any of the three settings. Call the manufacturer to make sure if you want, but I am skeptical of shops that make money out of doing thing that they simple don't "like" without a good explanation.

Good question, I did speak to Mor Ryde and they said no problem so I am sure it would be fine. My shop has done lots of work for me on past Jeeps and and I trust their judgement. I would call his explanation more of a "preference", and that was good enough for me. I trust their judgement and don't believe it was to make a few extra dollars.
