Chinook RV

I'm picking up a 2003 Glacier next week. In reviewing the Glacier Manual for the procedure if the slide or jacks malfunction, the manual is EMPHATIC to call Chinook and have a technician walk through the process. Of course, that number no longer works. Does anyone have the procedure to manually retract the slide and jacks on the Glacier?
