I'm excited to meet all of you and start my new journey on the road in my home on wheels. As soon as I can figure out how to use it...lol.

Welcome, CJ! Glad to have you here

That looks like a very nice Chinook. (Feel free to show us more anytime you like.)

Thank you!
I think I'm going to love it. It went into the shop today to address the leaky window and to upgrade all of the electronics. These rvs have good bones. I had a travel trailer before this one and I bought it new, it started falling apart as soon as we used it once. This one is 11 years old and its solid as a rock.

They do have a nice solid feel. I come from boating so fiberglass is "normal" to me and I like the familiarity. And although things that go into holes (like windows!) can still leak, at least there aren't seams all over the place, with two or more base materials that expand and contract at different rates. The solid feel is nice.
And the first time you decide to get underway in pajamas or a heavy rain? Priceless!
I have to say though, my Concourse suddenly looks very small

Do you need a map to get around inside that palace?

Awwww, lol...hubby wanted a 40 foot giant, I'm glad I was able to talk him out of it. This one feels homey and comfortable. I believe they can be anything we make them. We had it for two days and now it's gone (to the shop) so I am tapping my foot waiting for it to come back. With the sea of rvs lined up for service when we dropped it off, it feels like our first voyage is a long time away. After that, I guess the question is where....possibilities are endless. Can't wait for my first trip in my pjs...lol
