Ah okay, that I don't know for sure since I suppose different phones are different. A work-around might be to e-mail it or text them to yourself (if you can do that with your phone)? Otherwise maybe someone else here will know. What type of phone and computer?

If you have an Android phone, one way would be to install/use Google Photos. You can have that sync your photos up to their web site, and you can download them from there: photos.google.com
Flickr has an app that does something similar, also just for photos.
For files generally, you can use Google Drive. It's a bit more manual, but you can "Share" photos to Google Drive, which uploads them, and then go to drive.google.com to download them to your PC.

Thanks again
Blue~Go. I have a Samsung phone and a Toshiba laptop. Does your screen name have anything to do with that "other school" in MI?
Kirah. I have been getting prompts to use Google photos and I have been ignoring it. I will try that right now.

You can always try writing the a post on the PC, then submitting it. Then sign into the site on your phone, and edit your post to just add the pics to the post from your phone.
You can set the Google Photos app up on your phone to auto upload any pics you take on your phone to a google drive account, so then you could just download from the google drive photos tab while on the PC.
Lots of ways "'round the Chinook" on this one...

To transfer file from phone to PC, you can also use a USB cable. The phone should shows up as an attached device once you grant permission on it.

Re: Another "shell" project
you can post pics right from your phone if you sign into the forum on your phone's browser. There is a "mobile" version of the forum, or you can tell it to show you the normal desktop version. Both have pros and cons. The forum works better on desktops and tablets... just too much content for phones I think. I sometimes do the email trick (email the pics to myself from the phone, then use a desktop to get them on the forum).

More pictures.
Now I need to learn how to rotate pictures.

The picture will automatically rotated right side up when I click on it.
However, it will fit better on my monitor if the camera is used in landscape mode.
