There appears to be no available identical replacement for the driving lights, but people have replaced them with halogen lamps or LED light bars that fit in the same cavity.
What I used, but no longer available. However much cheaper options listed in the "what others bought" suggestions below the listing:

Halogen type, fairly popular replacement, but LEDs are less power-hungry:

You might find someone willing to part with their old ones if they replaced them. I gave mine to someone on this board.

Re: 2003 Chinook Front Driving lLights under bumper
My Premier didn't come with driving lights but it has a switch for them on the overhead console. Does anyone know if that switch actually connects to wiring that would allow me to plug in replacement driving lights at the front bumper?

Paul, I would remove the console, and see if there are wiring behind the switch. If there are wires, the chance will be pretty good, if you trace the wiring and see where they go. If there is nothing connected, then you may have to fish new wires in there to get the driving light to work.
