1994 Chinook Concourse are they worth it?

Post by mslaurie »

Hello,

We may have an option to trade our 25 foot Itasca Winnebago Passage Class A, 55,000 miles. runs and looks great..

for a 1994 Diesel concourse 21ft. Looks to be in good condition. Well maintained.
BUT it has 192,000 miles on it. Is that a lot for a diesel engine I know nothing about them never owned one.

They said tranny still shifts tight and they have always kept up maintenance on it. They are just looking for something a little bit bigger

Any questions I should ask them? What are they worth? If we sold our Itasca we would want about 13K for ours. Would the Chinook with that many miles on it be worth an even trade up as the drive train and everything else would also have 192,000 miles on it. They said everythign works fine, tire almost new, brakes replaced not long ago.. etc. Looks clean actually.

Any advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks much..

I think for the first post, someone will need to review it before posting, otherwise, you will see some spams. Somehow, both of your posts show up, so maybe this one should be deleted.
