If your generator is working, an electric impact works wonders, I carry one from Harbor Freight, also carry 20 ton bottle jack. Don’t forget extension cord for impact.

We recently bought a 1999 Concourse and it is missing the spare tire bracket. If you would be interested in selling yours I would love to buy it.

If you have problem getting the original bracket, you may want to order the Continental Kit, and mount it on the front with a front hitch. I vaguely remember someone was able to get the bracket fabricated, but that can be expensive depends on what is missing on your current setup. Good luck.
