If your generator is working, an electric impact works wonders, I carry one from Harbor Freight, also carry 20 ton bottle jack. Don’t forget extension cord for impact.

If you have problem getting the original bracket, you may want to order the Continental Kit, and mount it on the front with a front hitch. I vaguely remember someone was able to get the bracket fabricated, but that can be expensive depends on what is missing on your current setup. Good luck.
