Hello Chinook Community,
I am a new owner of a 1999 Chinook Concourse built on a Ford E-350 Super Duty Cutaway chassis, writing to you from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Since this RV was imported from the USA, my local Ford dealerships cannot find any parts in their regional database using the VIN. I am planning a complete maintenance overhaul and, due to the very high cost of international shipping and customs to Saudi Arabia, I need to ensure every part number is 100% correct before ordering.
Vehicle Details:
Model: 1999 Chinook Concourse
Chassis: Ford E-350 Super Duty XL Cutaway
Engine: 6.8L V10 Triton (VIN Engine Code: S)
VIN: 1FDWE30S7XHB89669
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the correct Part Numbers (OEM Motorcraft preferred) or direct links for:
Engine Tune-up: Spark plugs, Ignition coils (DG-508?), Filters (Oil, Air, Fuel), and Serpentine belt.
Braking System: Heavy-duty front and rear pads/rotors and Parking brake shoes (for the 14,000 lbs GVWR).
Suspension & Chassis: Front and rear shock absorbers (Heavy Duty) and a complete Body Mount/Bushing kit to refresh the ride.
Thank you so much for your help and for welcoming me to this community!

Welcome. Did you update the front clip? I haven't seen that style on a Chinook before.
For the shocks I would recommend Bilstein and sway bar I would go with super steer. Check out Super Steer's website.
For brakes guys normally upgrade to the F450 calipers. I don't know much about that.

Thank you very much, Blewett.
I really appreciate your response and found it very helpful. The previous owner of the Chinook was the one who performed the modifications, and while I don’t know much about him, I really like what he did. I believe the modifications were inspired by the 2016 Ford F-150. I have already ordered most of the essential spare parts from RockAuto, and once I’m done restoring the truck, I will move on to renovating the interior of the camper."
