1998 concourse Ford headlights HELP

I JUST CAN"T SEE WELL with the stock headlights on a 1998! I have replaced bulbs with something that was supposed to help but did not!! Please advise for BEST headlight replacement bulb or complete light and lens!! I'm tired of fighting it and waisting money and still terrible night vision! This is a Ford E-350 Concourse. 1998 model with Triton V-10

I replaced my headlight assemblies with new ones from vantage optics. They work pretty well but still not as good as newer vehicles.
1997 Ford E-350 Chinook Concourse Side Entry.

Blewett, any tips on mounting headlights more stable? did you replace the whole light and not just the bulbs?
