Plastic handle for cam latches

Post by Chinookers »

Anyone know where I can source replacement handles for cam latches - this morning one of the guys doing my tire rotation grabbed hold of it for balance and snapped it off

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

P.S. for reference, here's a photo of an unbroken one ... this one on my basement storage hatch

Here's one that looks better:

JR Products 00195 Stainless Steel Compartment Door Finger Pull

http://www.amazon.com/JR-Products-00195 ... Q50979GEQA

Looks like they are making them out of stainless nowadays.

Update:
Here is a catalog source for a plastic one:

https://htfhardware.com/kh35pw.html

Search for part number KH35PW for sources (PW for polar white). The square trim (no handle) is KH36PW from the same place.

Thanks for the input, Clay.

Just ordered some from HTF Hardware - $10 minimum purchase so I bought 6 finger pulls and 6 plain bases - may as well swap all of them to match

My finger pulls were also brittle/missing. I thought I could replace with the stainless steel finger pulls you see online, only to find out they don't cover up the two tiny alignment holes that the originals did. I found a source for original white pulls at AWESOME RV (awesomerv.com), a supplier for Alpinelite trailers. Like this:
