wood trim

Post by markatherton »

Does anyone have a source for replacement wood trim for the dash and doors? Mine is warped and pealing from Nevada heat.

I don't have access to my wood trim at the moment (it is safely tucked away in storage - I'm more of a stock dashboard type), but I remember there is a sort of gold "medallion" under the varnish that has the brand name on it. I think it was near the center of the dash, about the size of a quarter. Maybe someone who has their dash "onboard" could take a look at that? (Or maybe you have already tried that.)

You should try these guys - they have wood, carbon fiber, metal, etc. dash kits.

I have only been able to find the dash pieces for sale. No one seems to sell the door pieces. It looks like the original manufacturer is Warrit's Woodworks but I can't find them anywhere.
