Another option (don't know how big the crimper is) is to carry a few PEX quick connect type fittings. I carry a cap, a valve, and a few other fittings just in case. They just push on (although now that I think of it, not sure how happy they would be with the end of the tube that previously had a crimp fitting on it). An option anyway.
Anyway, they are Shark Bite, Sea Tech, and others. Our tubing (you know, but for others) is 1/2" CTS PEX type tubing.

I would do what Blue says if I have not time to test it. Two 1/2 sharkbite caps will let you stop any leak on a PEX if you can get to it. If you have a leak somewhere, 1, you are not going to spent the time to fix it in the middle of the trip unless it is safety/damage related. 2, you *will* never have the tool you need at that moment, 3, you won't have access to it to get the work done anyway.
So I would just stop the bleeding with the sharkbite (no pun intended), and go on the rest of the trip as planned. It takes a lot of space to use the crimper properly, so I don't think it will help you if you have it with you anyway.

Ha! Not too often a person can say that
While we're on the topic though, how do you isolate that for winter? Like if you want to use the coach in weather close to freezing (but the shower would be outside and likely freeze). The stock shower setup on mine has a pair of valves (one each line) so that just the shower can be shut off, while the rest of the system still functions.

If you pressure test the system by hooking it up to your house water, and see no leak, I think you should be alright without the emergency tool. Most plumbing issue happen without a few hours, so do that before you leave for your trip.
Shoot. Didn’t think to test with the house water. I did turn on the pump and wait a bit. Also heated the water and ran it through the shower head to impress the wife. You know, kind of like the cat leaving the decapitated mouse on the door mat. Anyhoo- no leaks. Hope that was sufficient. Not sure of the psi from the pump as compared to the house water.

All of the lines for the shower, just like the lines for the sink, are under the cabinet next to each other. The only part sticking out into the access door are the hot and cold handles. In my case, however, we live in He.., er, I mean Texas heat, so probably not as much of an issue.

I don't think the pump is doing much in term of both water pressure, or the volume of water. Do the real test, and use the house water. In fact, if you want to impress your wife, leave the water connected overnight, and if it is still dry in the morning, you deserve a big kiss. (I would put a leak detector on the floor just in case it burst open unexpectedly.)
Blue, I think someone mentioned putting a shutoff valve on the lines, but I guess that was missing. Should be fine if the climate is mild.... I never winterize mine, but where FatBouy is maybe a different story, or he never going to visit any place icy in the winter. The vulnerable portion is the part where the hose connects to the plastic valve body. I would put a shutoff valve just in case the shower valve needs service during trip, or it was damaged. Very small chance, but good to have for less than $10 in part since he already have the extra crimps and crimper.

Great idea! What is that wire running across the top? What are those two portal on the right side for? Where can I buy those? Where does one get water lines and fittings? Thanks!

That compartment looks real clean...wonder where one could get that "tub" today??? That compartment is where we store our little propane grill, but that "tub" and netting would be great!

The PEX tubing and the adapters as well as the clamps are available in most big box store. They are common items.

As Chin mentioned, you can get the lines, clamps, cutter and crimping tool from places like Home Depot. I got my crimper on Amazon, as it was less expensive. If I were to do it all over again, I would have bought the "one-handed" crimp tool. It's shorter and you don't have to get two hands up in that small space. There's VERY little room to work with. Now, I installed it in the side electric/water fill door, so was doing the crimping under the kitchen sink. If you decide to mount it in the rear space behind the spare, you should have more elbow room.
Here's an example of the one-handed version.
