Price point for 1978 Chinook Concourse

Unfortunately we are selling our 1978 Chinook after 3 years of fun. We bought it knowing it had some issues mechanically, and from a cosmetic standpoint. The initial purchase price was $9500, and we have put more than that amount back into it in engine work and coach upgrades. I realize that I can't expect to recover every $ that I have spent in upgrades and repairs, so I am looking for suggestions regarding a fair sale price.
FYI - it is a 1978, with a Dodge 360 V8 automatic transmission. It has the cabover slide out bed which is suitable for sleeping small children up to 8-9 yrs. of age. It also works as a much needed storage area. It is the dual couch model that converts to a king size plus sleeping area when both couches are converted to the sleeping mode.
